The beam welding adopts the original American Lincoln single-arc double-wire welding machine, which has greater welding penetration and higher quality than domestic welding machines.

There are over 40 welding experts with professional certificates in our company. More than 60% of the company’s welders are skilled in welding.

The Three Horses Trailer uses high-quality steel SH800, and the 1200MPa trailer baffle is shock-proof, which can avoid damage to the body. The axle uses BPW, which is a world-renowned brand.

In terms of painting, we have sandblasting room, shot blasting room, painting room, baking room and drying room.

       Coating process: The vehicle is fully derusted, sprayed with two layers of primer and two layers of top coat, and then sent to the drying room for up to 6 hours of drying.

        According to the requirements of customers, we can also spray powder and paint the vehicles. After such painting, the appearance of the semi-trailer is smoother and more shiny. Before the vehicle leaves the factory,

      Before the semi-trailer is boarded, we will spray the wax twice and apply butter to the necessary position to prevent the semi-trailer from being wet and rusted by sea water.
